How does CapnAI work?

CapnAI uses advanced AI vision technology to analyze your photos and generate relevant, engaging captions tailored to your chosen platform, tone, and language.

How many captions can I generate for free?

Free users get 3 generations per day (3 captions each). You can earn extra generations by watching rewarded ads. Pro users get 100 generations per day with 5 captions each.

What platforms are supported?

CapnAI generates optimized captions for Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Threads. Each platform has tailored character limits, hashtag strategies, and tone recommendations.

What languages are available?

Captions can be generated in 19 languages: English, Vietnamese, Spanish, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, German, Turkish, Thai, Russian, Italian, Polish, Malay, Filipino, Hindi, and Swedish.

What is Brand Voice?

Brand Voice is a Pro feature that lets you teach the AI your writing style. Describe how you write and paste 1-3 sample captions — the AI will learn to match your unique voice.

Are my photos stored on your servers?

No. Your photos are sent to our AI service for real-time processing and are never stored on our servers. Caption history is stored locally on your device.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel or modify your plan.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open CapnAI → Settings → Restore Purchases. This will sync your Pro subscription if you've reinstalled the app or switched devices.

The AI generated an inaccurate caption. What should I do?

AI captions are suggestions — they may not always be perfect. You can regenerate for different options, edit captions before posting, or add more context in the "More details" field to guide the AI.
