By downloading, installing, or using CapnAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

CapnAI is an AI-powered caption generator for social media. The app analyzes your photos using artificial intelligence and generates caption suggestions for various social media platforms.

3. User Accounts & Usage

• Free users receive 3 caption generations per day
• Pro subscribers receive up to 100 generations per day
• Usage limits reset daily at midnight (UTC)
• Abuse of the service (automated requests, scraping, etc.) may result in account suspension

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Monthly: $4.99/month, Yearly: $39.99/year
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their respective policies

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your photos and generated captions
• AI-generated captions are provided as suggestions — you are responsible for the content you post
• CapnAI and its design, code, and branding are owned by the developer

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use CapnAI to:

• Generate harmful, hateful, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage

7. Disclaimer

CapnAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated captions will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use generated content at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapnAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
